A Soggy Hike up Wright’s Mountain ~ 06-23-2018
We spent a lovely afternoon walking up Wright’s Mountain for the first time. Even with the impending rain, the peaceful woods and misty view from the lookout made this a definite do over on a sunny day. And we were pleasantly surprised to find a myriad of trails that allow for longer or shorter walks. The pace was easy and comfortable allowing for gentle conversation and quiet contemplation.
On to Our Brewery Quest
Following the hike, it has become tradition to seek out a new brewery. Finding ourselves in the Bradford area revealed not a brewery in sight. We hit Route 5 south and decided on River Roost in White River Junction. It happens to be located next to Fatty’s Barbecue, and there we now have dinner.
